- Participants must create an account or log in to begin the submission process.
2. Creating an Account
- Use a Google (Gmail) account to sign up.
- Select and log in using the appropriate Google account.
- Upon first login, complete the “Tell Us Who You Are” section.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions (mandatory).
- Complete personal data details, including:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Affiliation
- Contact Information
3. Submission Process
Once logged in, follow these six steps to submit your paper:
Step 1: Upload Your Documents
- Click “Upload your documents” and attach your manuscript in the required format (PDF or DOCX).
- Ensure the document meets the formatting requirements set by the conference.
Step 2: Categorize Your Paper
- Select the relevant category and sub-category from the provided options.
- Ensure proper classification for accurate review placement.
Step 3: Provide Abstract Content
- Enter the abstract of your paper in the required field.
- Follow the abstract formatting rules (word count, structure, and keywords).
Step 4: Add Co-Authors
- List all contributing authors and their affiliations.
- Ensure that co-authors are correctly credited before submission.
Step 5: Answer the Disclosure Statement
- Provide required disclosures related to funding, conflicts of interest, or ethics approval.
Step 6: Final Review and Submission
- Review all details by clicking “Preview and Submit.”
- If everything is correct, proceed by clicking “Submit.”
- Once submitted, a confirmation notification will be sent to your email.
4. Post-Submission Process
- Upon successful submission, the paper enters the peer review phase.
- Authors will receive notifications regarding review updates, acceptance, or revisions.
- If revisions are required, follow the same portal to upload the revised version before the deadline.
